The essence of my work is to assist you to develop a lens of viewing your experience from the nervous system, developing resources, and processing experiences that have become stuck and interfere with your ability to engage fully in life. We will do this together though the exploration of somatic (body) experiences, and processing of sub-conscious experience using cutting edge neurobiological therapies such as EMDR and Brainspotting. If you would like to try something different to traditional talk therapy this may be of interest to you. Please visit our page on Brainspotting/EMDR to find out more.
Once you have made contact with our reception I will call to discuss your needs and how I work. If we feel we are a good match we will schedule an appointment. I offer and encourage double sessions for EMDR and Brainspotting processing and also offer more intensive sessions (3-4 hours) by request.
